Actually I was a bit proud of my Jacks the last time SDSU came to Lincoln and played our beloved Huskers. I was more frustrated with the Husker lack of an offense during that game - i think the score ended at 17-3. I remember back in the day - 1978- while at school our arch rivals Univ of SD threw out some dead rabbits onto the basketball court. Our student body was ready - our side threw out a frozen solid coyote in response. We then won the game on a last second half court shot. I never did like the Jackrabbit nickname - or the shorter version now used "Jacks" - a jackrabbit by any name is still bugs bunny.

I expect the Huskers to blow out SDSU this weekend.
