He was a five-star recruit per 247 and Rivals.
He's listed as a Redshirt Junior on South Carolina's website. He only played in three games in 2019 which would be a redshirt year. They have him using a year of eligibility in 2020 which I don't think is right. Seems to me that 2021 should be his Freshman year and 2022 his Sophomore year.
66.6% completions for 2,780 yards (7.9 ypa), 16 TDs, 11 INTs this year.
For comparison, Thompson this year was 63.1%, 2,407 yds (8.8 ypa), 17 TDs, 10 INTs.
