Spinach Dip:
1-pkg. frozen chopped spinach, well drained
1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped red onion
Mix all the above ingredients and chill.
Serve with fresh vegetables and/or crackers.
