Spooky Tooth sent me a message saying that he's showing up as banned on mobile. When I look up his account on PC it appears everything is normal..........anyone know how this could be happening? 

 
He's saying he can access the site via PC just not mobile. I'm not a computer guru so I guess I'm not sure if they'd have different IP addresses or not?

It's possible he could be connecting to different IPs, even within his own home, but that seems super strange. I don't know if/when we've ever done an IP ban because I think they can be a bit risky and unintentionally prevent other folks from accessing the site. It's certainly possible that this is what happened.

These are all of the IPs his account used today, if that helps one of the admins:

Interesting that those IPs resolve to Omaha, Los Angeles and Cheyenne .... all in one day.  He's also "shown up" in Buffalo and Dallas over the last couple months....

I'd have him go to www.WhatIsMyIP.com and let us know what IP address he's on when that happens.  I've tried to go through and remove most of the domestic IPs unless there is a specific known problem but with his IP jumping around like that it's hard to tell.  And if he's getting a banned IP it might not show up in the list.
