What a time to be an Iowa Hawkeye fan. Your team is doing what it does best, wallowing somewhere in the below mediocre to above average range just like you like it. Kirk Ferentz is going to have his head put on a monkey body when he passes so that he can continue being your coach. And Nebraska, who you claim isn't your rival, is wallowing in an 0-5 start to the Scott Frost era.
So inevitably, since we aren't even a blip on your radar and because we aren't relevant, you guys spend your time trolling us like so:
What a rib that was, got us good you guys! Then today I saw this gem:
Okay okay, guess we deserved that for merely being your state neighbors and for having a real football tradition even though you're only claim to a national championship dates back to the 50's but we are the ones living in the past.
So live it up Squakeye faithful, as coach Frost said in the offseason you better beat us now while you still can. Once this thing gets rolling, the only way you get a sniff of a Big Ten West title will be if we break wind in your general direction.
