Just so everyone here is aware, I have been withholding my vote in each thread so I can break ties if necessary. General policy is that if a Mod is tied for something he gets the tiebreaking vote, since Mods get very little praise around here for the work they do.

If there's a tie between two regular members Okieland and I were going to discuss who to vote for to break the tie, but that hasn't come up yet.

I doubt anyone has an issue with this, but that's the only "secret" thing about this process so far. Just wanted to be clear on that with everyone.

 
It was definately a great idea and I think it gives the members something to be proud about. Obviously I'm biased since I got voted QB, but you get the point. :lol:
