[SIZE=19pt]Strawberry Freezer Jam:[/SIZE]
[SIZE=19pt]***See Note On Bottom![/SIZE]
[SIZE=19pt]For every half pint of jam you want, you will need:[/SIZE]
[SIZE=19pt]1 -2/3 cup of strawberries[/SIZE]
[SIZE=19pt]2/3 cup sugar[/SIZE]
[SIZE=19pt]2 tbsp freezer pectin[/SIZE]
[SIZE=19pt]Clean and hull the berries.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=19pt]Mash then very well with a potato masher.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=19pt]Mix pectin and sugar in a separate bowl then add to the berries.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=19pt]Put in your containers-(you can use freezer jars or plastic containers.)[/SIZE]
[SIZE=19pt]Let sit on the counter for 30 minutes then freeze.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=19pt]***Don’t make more than. 6 containers per batch Or the pectin won’t set properly.[/SIZE]
