TAILGATE!!!!!!

Alright time for a complete change in the thread discussion.

Since we completely suck a$$ at getting together at a bar in the offseason, or any time ever for that matter, to discuss all things that we deem important on this board. The efforts have been futile and weak.

Sooo.......let's get onto something better. A damn HUSKERBOARD TAILGATE to celebrate the end of another great football season. It could be for either the Northwestern or Iowa game. Personally I think the Northwestern game would be easier because of the later kick.

It is time to really get some faces to with these "names". Let's get the thinking wheels together, and get our "stuff" in line and quit the talking and ake this one happen.

We can't get together for a few beers at a bar, and you want to organize a full-blown tailgate? That's ambitious, Crewe!

I would love to meet you guys. If there's a tailgate I'll stop by. But I have family coming in from Chicago for the Northwestern game.

Seriously with a good size group, I am thinking we need a couple spots over by the baseball field. My tailgate spot I usually am at has been sold out prior to the season. If we can get three/four spots together down there it would be suffice. I have my big tailgate canopy, get another one and it could be nice. I have lots of coolers as I love the beer(as many of you know). As for food, I'd be there early and for early kickoffs, nothing starts the day like omelets. I am serious, I will whip up a sh#t ton of them if others would join me with the parking spots and are WILLING to come hang out for a decent amount of time.

If someone else has a better idea on the location, SPEAK UP!!!! I for one am willing to be a ring leader to get this thing going. Post your thoughts, and those REALLY down go ahead and PM me with ideas, and we can start working sh#t out.

I like beer and I like sharing.

Seriously though, I'd be down to help out. Be it some money for a spot, bringing some coolers of beer, food or whatever else.

I'm in even if I don't get tickets. Never had a prob tailgating in Lincoln and then watching the game at a bar. I'm up for a road trip anyway.
