TE Cameron Jurgens [Nebraska - Signed LOI]

I don't see how this is "full go". Him mom said after yesterday he'd have you stay off his leg for a couple days and ice.

I get why he's doing what he's doing, but there is a real chance of reinjury.
I did not hear the comments from his mom. That obviously is not ideal, and he may be less ready than he says.

Is that Mama Frost influencing Scott? May Scott's and Cameron's moms got together and made this suggestion to Scott.  :D

With Hampton gone I'm a fan of Cameron being an ILB full-time and using him as a TE specialist and/or decoy.  Heck, you can play him at both spots as far as I'm concerned but where he is needed is ILB.  Since this is where he was projected to be better and also where he would eventually make more money in the NFL ... I'm putting him at ILB.

I'm a fan of his and hope he does well here, but I think you're getting a little ahead of yourself considering he just finished high school.

For him to make an impact at one position would be a success, and far from a given. Succeeding at two different positions would be fairly rare and very difficult.

He very well could be an NFL talent as well, but let's see how he's recovered from his injury and how he looks in scarlet and cream. Switching positions for the potential of money may not be overly motivating, especially if he loves the offensive side of the ball.
