Just like in basketball this year, right?Few things in life are certain. Death. Taxes. And Nebraska getting owned by Creighton.
Since 2000, Nebraska holds a 40-27 record vs Creighton in baseball. During our entire basketball history, we are 28-30 with wins in 2 of our last 3 years. So just looking at those two sports, we have a combined winning record. Not sure where the narrative is coming from but Creighton doesn't win most of anything. Maybe it is coming from the bad stretch we had against them in basketball from 2011 to 2017 where we lost 7 in a row?Every year, like year after year after year, it seems like NU plays Creighton 6 or 8 times from Nov to March (between basketball and baseball) and the BlueJays win most of those games.
However, it feels like Creighton wins every time though.
I mean, in the last 5-10 years, the Blue Jays might have a combined sport record of 50-10 against Nebraska. Or something similar. But definitely a winning record for sure.
If it was football, everybody in Nebraska would know the w-l record. Good thing it's only basketball and baseball, where it gets swept under the rug.
