Hamburger Tip:
Take hamburger out of package and put in a large bowl..I put Garlic Salt & Pepper in it and chopped onion, mix. I like the Hamburger Seasoning that is by the fresh produc dept. at Albertsons also. Other stores probably have it too.
Put hamburger on a large cutting board and flatten out using a rolling pin.
Take a bowl or the width of something that you prefer your hamburgers to be and put it upside down on the hamburger and turn.
Lift out with a spatula and put on broiling pan or on a plate or eerving platter if you are going to grill or fry them.
You will get perfect round hamburger patties.
