Tortilla Pinwheels:
Ingredients:
1-(8-oz.)-Pkg. Cream Cheese, Softened
1 Cup Sour Cream
1-(1-oz.)- Pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
1 Cup Black Bean & Corn Salsa Or Chunky Salsa
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
10-(10-in.)-Flour Tortillas
Thinly Shaved Deli Ham Or Turkey-(Your Favorite Deli Meat)-(Opt.)
Directions:
In a bowl, cream together the cream cheese and sour cream.
Mix in Ranch Dressing, salsa and cheese; mix well
Spread even amounts of the mixture onto the flour tortillas,
If adding shaved meat, lay a thin, even layer over cream cheese mixture.
Tightly roll up tortillas and chill in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes to help slicing.
Slice into 1/2 - 3/4" slices.
