We all hear the statements of how a team takes on it's coach's personality and such. It does seem to be true. It all filters down from the top. Look at the job Snyder is doing with K State. How about Rhoades from Iowa State? And look at the Huskers. Playing with a prior unsuccessful administrations's players. Teams feed off of the head coach. But how many head coaches in college ball are learning from the AD? We have in 2 years seen the Huskers go from the blackskirts to the Blackshirts in short order with many of the same players. On offense we are seeing a progression into "getting big", I formation, options, and my all time favorite, the option pass! I have also noticed that the Huskers are "sportin guns" and the off season conditioning is apparant. Hmmmmm. Sound like the Nebraska of old. How much is attributed to Tom? I don't know but the Huskers are beginning to look a lot like when he was the head cheese. I'm starting to feel real good about the future. TO was not just an option genuis. Not to take one ounce of credit from Bo and company but from where Bo sits, there is a man upstairs!
