USC Kicker dismissed from team due to unfair investigation

Just saw some of this and am astounded how this guy actually got kicked out of school. Unless his girlfriend is hiding something, it seems really strange that the university decided to not let him come back. This guy kicked the game winning field goal in the Rose Bowl in January. The investigators listened to bystanders over his girl friend and that seems odd. His girlfriend states he did not shove or abuse her at all and claims the title 9 investigation was unfair. If this were a good or even sub par Nebraska player getting kicked off for these reasons I and many others would not be happy.

So a kangaroo court holds an inquisition for something that happens off campus and their only witnesses are 2nd hand. No complaints were filed by the girlfriend and she even says they were just playing! Title !X on steroids. I hope USC pays out the a$$ for this abuse of power.
