I banned Utah Ute Fan's account for obvious trolling. He's here to do nothing but cause problems. I noticed the thread was locked, but went ahead and banned the account. Also if you guys go into the report function of the board and take care of an issue just change the report from "new report" to either "under review" or "completed"
