Vennison Popping Poppers:
1-(8-oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese, Softened
1 Can Diced Jalapeno Peppers
***If Needed, Use 2 Cans
1/8 Cup Finely Chopped Venison Bologna
1 Tsp. Finely Chopped Chives
Oil, For Deep-Fat Frying
Mix all ingredients together except Won-Ton Wrappers and oil.
In a triangle put a small amount of mixture in center, brush with a egg mixture on edges then pinch together.
Heat oil to 350 degrees.
Carefully put Venison Poppers in oil and cook just until lightly golden brown.
