Walnut Bars:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2 eggs

2 cups packed brown sugar

2 tsp. vanilla

1 cup flour

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

1 cup chopped walnuts-(toasted)

Beat the eggs, brown sugar and vanilla in a bowl.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to egg mixture.

Stir in the walnuts.

Pour into a well greased 9x13-in. pan

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bars pull away from the pan.

Cool on a rack, then cut into bars.
