Warning to Member "secret"

I saw where zoogies warned this member. The warning apparently was made via email. We got a bounce back on the email that the address was invalid.

Do we need to completely ban this account?

Hey, sorry. That's my secondary test account for when I need to test how a non-moderator sees the board. When I warned In the Deed the Glory I checked to see if members were seeing the "Message for members" section of the warning, and I found that while they could, they had to view their own warn log to do it. At least by default they weren't getting a warning notification.

Well, since he warned himself, I think we just count that as the first offense for now.
