It seems like there is a "Husker Bar" in many cities across the country... Does Seattle have one? If so, where and what is it called?

There is two official sites sponsored by the Washington Husker Alumni Assoc. The Lucky 7 Bar in Redmond and a new place in Lacey-Olympia area which I don't recall the name of. The Lucky 7 is a great place to meet with and watch the games with fellow Husker fanatics. I'll find out the name of the place in Olympia and let you know. I've heard great things about that location as well.

 
O'Blarney's is the name of the bar in Olympia. The address is 4411 Martin Way E. in Olympia. Everone I talked to says it's a great watch location. I may try here a couple timesthis year instead of the Lucky 7.
