PASADENA, CA. -- UCLA Bruins coach Rick Neueisel says former college teammate Shawn Watson would be a great fit as offensive coordinator.
Watson, who played at UCLA with Neuheisel in the early 1980s, will be interview with UCLA on Tuesday.
"He brings with him expertise in both coaching and recruiting and we feel are significant contributions that he can make to our program," Neuheisel said.
"Shawn knows the Pac 10 and the defenses in that league," he said. "I feel like Shawn could make a huge impact for our program."
