There are rumblings afoot that Chris Del Conte has accepted the AD gig in principle. If this is true; in so far as AD's are concerned, this would be a home run hire.

I said it after the initial news of Eichorst’d firing. This would be a home run AD hire. Still hope it happens.

Jim Rose was on KFAB yesterday and indicated he thinks a decision will be announced Monday or Tuesday. I think the four names he mentioned as his favorites were Chris Del Conte (TCU), Jamie Pollard (Iowa State), Jeff Long (Arkansas), and Mitch Barnhart (Kentucky).
