What if: Ron Brown Back as Position Coach?

Should there be a change to the staff, what do you think of him coming back to coach RB's or TE's (or other position)?  Would "new guy" consider him?  Would he come back?  I think they made a mistake in not retaining him.  I had reservations about him when he was announced as part of Bo's staff, but doubts about him quickly faded away.  The man can flat out coach!

Highly doubt he would be willing to come back. Have a little info on this, but I suppose you never say never. If you want the info, you can PM.

If you don't care, that's fine too.

Would be a great hire in my opinion if a new coach is hired.  He has done very well in the past coaching receievers, TEs, or running backs, all positions under his teaching excelled.

If it's Frost I am curious if he would call up whoever the running backs coach was at Oregon that he worked with. You look at Oregon's running backs over the last 15 years they have been pretty impressive and that guy was responsible for recruiting and coaching all of them.

UCF's RB Coach now was on the football roster here at Nebraska with Frost. I don't believe he saw any PT though (Ryan Held). Greg Austin also graduated from Nebraska (03'-06') and is the offensive line coach. Barrett Ruud is the Quality Control at UCF now along with Zach Duval who is the Director of Sports Performance, also a Nebraska grad.

Dang...I didn't know he had that many NU guys with him.
