Hey ninersgirl-
My office has been having "cook-off Fridays" where each week one of us makes lunch for everyone in the office. We started with a chili cook-off the past couple months and now we decided to move on to making casseroles. My day is next Friday and I've never made a casserole before. So I was wondering what is your favorite/best casserole to make?
It's a small office with only 6-7 employees...so the recipe has to feed at least that many people.
Just looking for some interesting ideas. (something without mushrooms preferably, because I'm not a fan of 'em
