He is an extremely gifted WR, moved to QB 3 games into the year this season I believe so his WR stats obviously suffered. Would gladly take this kid and would expect him to do VERY well

Yeah, being moved to QB probably hurt his ranking a bit. Even then, he's just shy of 4* on 247 and Rivals, and still 4* on ESPN.
