Just finished it. The first run through anyway. This turned out to be a great game. I'll start my second play through today.

Great game. Pretty much a first-person Diablo, if you will.
After you beat the single player campaign, the game throws a significantly harder mode at you, as well as mob bosses that you will need four players to beat. All of the DLC packs add additional post-campaign mob bosses too.
