It's not what Hedleys says. It's how he says it.
He needs to state "I just dont think Pelini is the man for the job. There are many signs that we are not improving"
Instead, he says this "Bo sucks. Fire his a$$. Hire Nick Saban"
These are a not exact quotes. Just generalized examples of the types of things that roll off his keyboard.
this is why he catches so much grief. My opinion however is that he has improved his demeanor quite a bit since Knapp layed the warnings to him. He was a polarizing figure and quickly turned into target practice here in the shed, and that is something he will never be able to change.

I have actually been trying to work on my delivery on the board after talking to knapp quite a bit about it. I feel I have improved quite a bit. Like you said I started out rough on here and that will haunt me for awhile obviously.
For a recent example I asked if Maurice would be considered a reach? I then said he could be do to his offer list. That then turned into a thread of me needing to shut the hell up. All I did was ask a question and see what others opinions were.
Another one was in the Vandenburg thread where I mentioned Bo gets in yelling matches with his players. I was the 3rd person to bring up Bo in that thread but I was the one that brought Bo up?

First of all, you have no idea WTF it takes to get high profile kids from the south to even BEGIN to CONSIDER Nebraska.
Second of all, I would hope that the staff takes a day or two off to spend time with their family during Christmas. That's what the holiday is for. Spend time with our loved-ones and celebrate the birth of our savior. Regardless, you have zero evidence of the staff taking time off. Why? Probably because they never have, other than Xmas, like I said.
