First off thanks for taking the thread in a different direction. YOU now made this thread about me.

Never once have I gone to that level. Have I pointed out visible weaknesses as it relates to football? Heck yes I have. Completely different then calling someone names. Just because I have a Different opinion as it relates to NU does not make me some "crappy" fan. I root as loud and as hard as anyone that roots for NU and always root for a victory and for us to win. None of that has to do with the weaknesses our coaches and players have. Just because I criticize them means nothing. Oddly enough I also point out positives that many of you tend to ignore and only focus on the criticism.

Do you honestly believe every little thing in north stadium is sunshine and rainbows? Or could their possibly be some things that need to be fixed?

In regards to this thread an Leon congrats to the kid. He picked the school that he wants to attend to receive an education. I hope he does well in his future endeavors as long as it isn't against NU.

Of course there are things to be fixed....on every single team in CFB. Some people just happen to look forward to the positvies, and dont b!^@h and moan about the negatives. Every single team in this country has weaknesses. The problem with people like you is you will never be satisfied. We could play for the NC and lose and you would be on here gripping about our weaknesses. Heck we could even win, and you would say...well we lose this guy and this guy and Bo hasnt recruited well enough to replace those guys, or they are young and unproven, or the other team didnt show up, this person was hurt thats the only reason we won, we got lucky and backed our way into the game, excuses and more excuses. We all jump on you because weve seen this song and dance before.

I would actually be tickled pink if we made it to the MNC. That would mean we were undefeated and won the CCG or we only had one loss. When we had the expectations thread a few weeks back I posted what I felt our standards should be just as many of you did.

I believe I said he looks like he roids and has the build and bulk of someone who roids. That was my opinion and I realized a message board was not the place to say those things as people could take it the wrong way. They obviously did. This is what I find interesting if for example you wanted to say I attacked that kid.

I differ with people here all the time, and tbh, it sucks posting anything different than what the regulars think because of the backlash you get. I disagree with Hedley all the time. I can tell he dislikes Bo more than myself by a long shot, I think Taylor deserves way more credit than Hedley gives him, etc. But who are the people who really derail the threads? Cause I think it's the people who go out of their way to say some negative bull$hit that are doing what they accuse him of. But that's just me....

I'm all for Hedley getting banned for good. Having an opinion that is different than others is one thing, but then making horrible arguments that get shot down by facts and evidence of the contrary is another. And then sticking by those arguments even though they are total bullsh#t just makes it frustrating even to read. Every single thread gets derailed at some point by this douche, and it's about time we take care of the problem.

Thought I'd join this forum.

First, there is a for lack of a better word, dues process here. If you come on the board and approach people the way Hedley did, you get your sh#t kicked in that simple. Doesn't matter how right or how wrong you are. I've tried to avoid said poster, but it's really f'ing hard when every time I try to post something in my favorite forum on the board and all I see is Hedley's Anti-Pelini agenda. It needs to stop in the recruits threads, I understand conversations evlove, but they don't evlove into the same f'ing points every time.

I agree that the anti-Pelini thing gets old. I work with a few of those types, and it's annoying. There's a difference between being realistic and being a Debbie Downer. You don't have to pump sunshine all the time, but at the same time, you don't have to rag on the guy at every given opportunity. It's not that I agree with his posts, in fact I don't most of the time. It's just that it seems the board has double standards for some things.

No...EZ makes comment about a recruit and Hedley attacks him...

Your comment about the kid on roids was uncalled for because you are basing it off your speculation. The comment EZ made against McQuay is based off of facts. There is a difference.
