Huskerboard vs Hedley

Based on my 2+ years of experience, there is zero discipline here aside from entire week bans for bad personal attacks.

Hedley would have had a 1-day ban a long time ago if I was a mod, just based on the state of agitation he incited. Based on his reaction to that I'd go from there.

Hedley, you're gonna reach my post count total in like a month an a half. Sometimes, you should just consider not posting if you don't have anything good to say. It'll help your image as a poster and will help the board as a whole.

Glad to see you still truly dislike me and my opinions. If my post bother you just use the ignore feature and "poof" all your worries go away.

I have slowed my roll in regards to posting as much and have not been in nearly as many pissing matches. Seems like many on here would enjoy a golden shower though

It's because if you are new to the board and share opinions that others do not like you get blasted. And once you get blasted and hated on by enough of the members the mods see you as a problem. And once the mods see you as a problem you get banned.

I've come to the conclusion that this can be simulated by a simple math equation.

Different opinion than everyone else=banned.

And I'm not just talking about hedley. Anyone who has a different opinion in main forums get ripped to threads and the thread derails. And when the thread derails the only person who is responsible for it is the person with a different opinion. Not the person who's been here for a long time and made a post about how much of an idiot that person is. I as a matter of fact like many opinions and as I might not agree with all of them I like to see different viewpoints.

And I'm not arguing for Hedley either, because i dont even know the whole situation. I'm arguing for anyone who's had a different opinion and has gotten ripped to threads for it.

Utter bullsh#t. People have dissenting opinions ALL OVER this site. I'm the king of the sunshine pumpers, and by far the most active Mod. If this were true, I'd be banning anyone and everyone who disagreed with me, and that simply does not happen.

A person gets banned because they earn it. They get warned and/or suspended because they earn it. There are no martyrs with warnings given them by evil Mods abusing their powers.

There are lots and lots of differing opinions on this forum. This sounds more like a personal b!^@h than anything.

 
Blackshirt007. The negative opinions that you speak of that receive such grief are 99% of the time because of how it is said as opposed to what is said. Same reason Hedley receive such grief right away. You've been around long enough after losses to see how it is when Mr. 34 posts since 2006 pops and spews some crap "fire bo, we suck, get Jon Gruden", but somewho cant offer up any sort of decent discussion. Those are the ones that get the most grief. Even some regulars vent some things that are just knee-jerk, absurd reactions to a frustrating game. I've gone far enough to teach myself to try to stay off the board after a loss.
