Whatever. A nice thread to talk about Taylor's accomplishments and how good he's been for us, and leave it to husker_99 to point out a negative and how he's been bad and use it to take a shot at the guy.

You do realize those accomplishments come from him starting all 4 years right? of course he is going to get stats. People who pile up stats always would trade them for a being called a champion just once. If you played sports competitively you would know this. I bet if you asked Taylor about those stats he wouldn't give a sh#t about it if it meant he had to lose all the big games.

Never played a sport in my life. I come to huskerboard to put down college football players on the brink of great accomplishments.

There have been many qbs to play for 4 years in the history of college football. Why has there only been 1 (and now possibly 2) that have accumulated these stats. I'm sure youre right. I'm sure Taylor would rather have the wins. That still gives you no right or reason to use a thread that was made to recognize these possible accomplishments to say "taylor sucks, we suck, fire bo, fire everybody derpa derp"

I'd rather be a douchebag and give it my all rather than half assing it I would never settle for being mediocre but I guess you are. You know I know this team and coach isn't giving it their all. same crap happens every single f'ing game. offsides, major penalty, interceptions, etc. the exact same sh#t has been going on for years and never did I see in game that they had done any practice on correcting that. Now ya'll wanna give Bo a pass on doing sh#t recruiting the last two years. People who see holes through the season with the team and then we get our a$$ kicked and then all the sunshine pumpers are like what happened? the same crap that happened all season and it caught up with us. that's what happened to us.

Don't tell me what right I do and don't have. I'm just being a realist and you can't handle that. Yes Taylor's numbers are great. But let's look at his entire body of work. All I was doing was making a comparison. I hope we win a bowl game next year. I don't want to see him lose 4 in a row. I also want to see him put quality wins behind those numbers and not just because he started all 4 years and we ran an offense that puts up points.

I've said my peace. I also understand where he's coming from, but in all honesty, I dont what some folks get out of being so f'ing negative all the time. He's the fan that feels "entitled" or "deserving" of a top notch football team. He never has anything positive to say whatsoever. He's the fan that nitpicks negatives when the '95 Huskers are on the field, and I just got f'ing tired of it.
