One Visitor For The Weekend!

I think that it is pretty screwed up that ABC screws us again on the early playing time and having just one visitor this weekend, Patrick Witt. We can't just keep having earlier playing times because kids want to come to Nebraska and if you only have one kid come to the game then you have 9-10 kids trying to reschedule to a later game. We are going to miss out on some talented kids not because Nebraska doesn't want them to come here but because you can only have so much visitors to a game. What are anybody's thoughts about this? This affects us in a big way.!

 
This is bad news. This weekend's game is going to be huge and if we only have one recruit attending (Witt) then we miss a great opportunity. I can't believe this...this was stacking up to be one of our biggest recruiting days. Are we sure no one other than Witt is coming?

 
Patrick is not going to be able to ge to Omaha until 10:30. with an 11 am kickoff he said that he was going to miss the tunnel walk, which was something that he was looking forward to.

 
but he did say that he was looking forward to the game day atmosphere and getting a good look and life on campus. i dont think that we have anything to worry about with Patrick, i really do not think that he is going to pull a Freeman on us

ABC is not screwing us all we had to do was win last weekend and they might

have picked our game for the 2:30 spot.

Two big advantages - first, it introduces kids to Nebraska that may not normally follow, or know much about, the Huskers. Second, it sure helps to tell a kid that the Huskers have been on TV 5 or 6 or 7 times a year.
