OSU offered late and I think that annoyed him.

Cinci kids are a strange bunch too. its more southern than the rest of Ohio. UK gear everywhere. I know where Cleveland's allegiance lies, cinci not so much

Where are you getting this information? I understand that kids from Cincy aren't as easy for OSU to get as kids in other parts of the state, but from what I have read on Eleven Warriors it is wide open between Michigan, Ohio State and Iowa (his brother goes to Iowa).

There is a reason why Urban kept Kerry Combs on staff and that is to recruit Cincinnati.
