RB Calvin Strong [South Dakota Commit]

Notes from a HuskerOnline video: Teams contacting Strong: UCLA, Wisky, Iowa, IowaSt, Nebraska (hardest), Minny (least) and Mich St (least).

Strong, "I really like Nebraska, they really impressed me with their win over Georgia" because he was really interested in UGA.

 
I'm still curious on what he's gonna be if he does eventually get his grades up and we offer him. Because if Bussey holds, i thought we were only taking one rb.

Seems he has great vision, some wiggle, some speed. Not sure he isn't in the same mold as JR, not as much talent, at least not on the film I've seen. I watched JR in person so I have a little more to go on. If he receives offer, my guess is slot receiver much like JR.

Unfortunately, if the car story is correct, he may be more like the Jet than we wished.........

 
I had a feeling something like this was coming after an article from omaha.com was posted in this thread four months ago

Whether he was coming to Nebraska or not, this is a very unfortunate situation. Hope this young man gets some positive influences in his circle.
