Quit about 15 years ago after about a 20 year habit. Also quit cold turkey, it was tough. Buy some gum and some sort of hard candy to suck on. It will help.

As far as lent goes I really can't think of anything that I want to give up.

Sounds like me about 20 years ago. I used that shredded beef jerky in a can as a placebo. After a couple of weeks I was over Copenhagen
