It also probably made sense for him to do it before. If I'm starting something new, I want known commodities. I can take guys where I know the good and bad and work with it. Once I have a foundation set up, then I can start making more risky moves. I wouldn't want to start out with a bunch of unknowns.

 
I love his excitement for the players when they make a play. A little positive reinforcement. I think Warren will be great for us.

I'd like to see more of these Mic'd Up features, they are pretty cool.
