Or perhaps maybe one of the other plethora of talented, older, more developed and more experienced options on the roster already, such as Love, Newby and Santos, will play in that position next season and Beavers would Redshirt as I would expect the majority of freshmen to do. I think he would be a great addition, just a bit tired of everyone anointing a potential Tr. Fr. as the next starter.
Nothing yet, but with his connections to Nebraska, he will most likely stay in the mix for a while. We have a good, young LB core, so we can be picky with recruiting the two LB we want, like last year.
