Yep, because I'm real dumb, right?

Here's what I think, Bo was an assistant here. So he probably knew what the fanbase was like and what they expected in 2007. Hell, he probably knew in 2003 when he openly asked for the job. And any unrealistic expectation was probably brought on by himself the first two years by him either --and this fun, you get to pick!-- wildly overachieving with a rag tag group of misfits since Nebraska was in a nuclear winter after The Coach That Must Not Be Named or did very well with the largest assembly of talent he's in his time at the school, which means, hey! Maybe Nu wasn't in dire straits after all and Bo has only himself to thank for the sudden dry up in talent that happened from 2011-present.

Oh and then there is this, it was a pretty wide margin of people who wanted him here and I remember this very thing being discussed, about him being a first time head coach. So no, I don't think one of Bo's issues is that too much is expected from him. That statement is so on it's face ridiculous, especially when you consider the past history and expectations of Nebraska through the years that I'm actually mad at myself I dignified that tripe with as long as a response I did.

I think Polo was taking my joke a bit too seriously. I made a wize-a$$ crack at Polo's intelligence which was nothing more than a joke and completely unrelated, and even that got spun into fire-Bo rhetoric. You sir are good.

I was more responding to the insane premise that too much is expected from Bo
