We didn't respect the game

KB leaves it all on the field, you guys. Sure he may get into it on Twitter too much, but I can't agree with questioning his mentality as a player.
I'm don't know enough about his mentality as a player, but he is not our best receiver, KR or PR. Westy, Abdullah and DPE would seem to be.
For once I agree with TheSker on something. Cheers buddy

You either have the warrior mentality or you do not. It is simple as that. NU needs more guys with AA's attitude. He is correct. Guys played flat, uninspired ball. I saw little excitement on a big catch, run or tackle. No getting in a guys face for the penalties i.e. Cotton or guys dropping passes or running bad routes, missing blocks etc..... These guys need a friggin wake up call and AA is giving one. Calling guys out.

My biggest problem is this. Why, after 7 years, do we constantly have to do a friggin attitude check every season. Don't the coaches catch this attitude. Do they see it in preparation, film room etc.... Are they as shocked as AA today about the attitude. If they are, more reason we are in trouble. The coaches should know the mentality of these guys. teach it, preach it and bench guys who are mentally soft or resting on some BS idea that they awesome.

Dudes jumped all on Corey Raymond after SC. I loved it. AA said the same thing. He put that team on his back last year and this and they crap all over him. I'd be pissed as all get out. Came back to finish business, could be an AA, Hypesman and my team mates let me down. I'd be pissed. Coaches letting me down I'd be pissed. Like someone said above. This is becoming the acceptable and new NU culture..........

Kenny bell is openly and obviously butthurt over the current curcumstances of college athletes and football players in particular. I have no problem questioning his mentality or effort. But he was elected captain by his peers so he must do something right.
Agreed.....but J Cotton was chosen also. And Cotton's leadership today was sorely disappointing.

Cotton made two mistakes that just happen to be situations that could happen on any play. Just happened to be on big ones. If they were on no gainers no one would give a sh#t. Thats a hindsight thing. Theywere also aggressive penalties. Make a mistake at full speed they say.

I don't know about attitudes in any event for the skills guys, but the linemen definitely need that angry, determined attitude more than any set of players.

That and the tripping call was a little ticky tacky.
