Not here to bash or praise the hire. Just heard a couple national guys say Riley is a creative recruiter. Does anybody know what they're talking about? Examples?

Here's an interesting look too. Take rankings with a grain of salt, according to this. He develops lesser talent and it says Orgeron is rumored to be interested in joining.
