I am not asking him to pat his coaches on the a$$, i am asking him to be involved....Dude what is with all the negative to Eichorst? Sure maybe some of the things he has done are not the greatest but comparing him to your boss is off base. I don't know where you work but eichorst doesn't have the time to hold his coaches hand and pat him on the a$$ when he asks if he is doing a good job. Bo didn't accept responsibility for anything and promoted his unqualified buddies to positions they didn't deserve.my direct boss has 32 direct subordinates and no. I transferred here from our Omaha office. How many employees does your boss have? Did your boss hire you?Right or wrong, i am concerned if we have a leader who only saw a guy he just fired 7-8 times for 20 minutes all year. I have seen my boss for more than 20 minutes today alone.
In another of your posts you say something to the effect being worried about the leadership up top. I for one think it's funny that only Pelini had a problem with it, look at our other teams, all enjoying quite a bit of success and are supported by the athletic department to the fullest. The problem wasn't a lack of athletes or injuries. It was the coaching staff and it all started with Bo. I'm sorry but lack of "support" doesn't blow decent leads back to back weeks
We dont know the whole story, and so maybe i should hold judgement, but SE strikes me as a guy who more of a CEO type compared to what i assume Osborne was.
Being hands on as a boss doesnt mean you need to hold hands.
