Red Five is correct. Coaches can initiate contact but not face to face or visits by either party.

Tech is a QB school and it is depleted. Completely empty cupboards. Maryland & UCF would give him the keys immediately. Not sure about Tennessee depth. And The U is just name dropping. Kaaya has that locked up for the next 3 years.

Tennessee has a pretty good young QB. Took over mid season and did some good things. But you could be right, I don't know their depth in detail.
