And Reed makes 20 - 1 extra spot since Kaiwan Lewis isn't coming.
Yep. Forgot about ReedAnd Reed makes 20 - 1 extra spot since Kaiwan Lewis isn't coming.
Yeah, that was the thinking right after the interview. But most of the media guys started to realize afterwards that they weren't counting the four early-enrollees in that 19. We're at 20 now, would have taken Paulo and are expected to get Talan tomorrow. That's 22 and we might have taken one more somewhere along the line if things worked out - especially LewisAgree to disagree, a lot of the articles I've read don't make it seem that way. Take this for example: http://www.omaha.com/huskers/blogs/recruiting-nebraska-looking-at-tight-numbers-to-finish-class/article_de2e25e0-a192-11e4-9311-8b34daf49592.html
So how does NU end the 2015 class? Gunderson said the Huskers plan to sign 19 players. Four — defensive backs Avery Anderson, Eric Lee and Aaron Williams and linebacker Dedrick Young — are already on campus. NU has 11 more “hard” commits — Atlanta-area wideout Nekyle Lundie doesn’t appear to be coming to Nebraska — which means the Huskers have four more spots left in the class.
That's the only other name I've seen.I think we struck out with a few here, like Paulo and Kaiwan, and maybe as a result just won't get to the numbers we had hoped. Aw well. Talan's the last guy we could be in on, right?
