I think he made the thread fully expecting a few jokes otherwise he would have told people to pissoff right away. And none of you even listened to what he said, he apparently he goes out to disprove ghost and show people there's nothing paranormal going on. I'd say he's more qualified than someone who doesn't investigate at all and rips on other people's harmless hobbies behind their computer.
I don't really give two fu#*$ about his feelings, I just call bullsh#t when I see it.

I think you missed the blatantly obvious sarcasm. While were calling bullsh#t, it should be clear it takes zero qualifications to be a paranormal investigator.
Anyone can play Ghostbusters. I know I did when I was a kid. You can't honestly expect people to take them seriously.

That being said, I agree Redux probably doesn't directly harm anyone. I think the general propagation of pseudoscience can be harmful, though. I don't think Redux is a particularly heinous offender.

Dude is correct, almost anyone CAN do what I do. The same is true for a lot of things though. The difference is I researched the field, learned the ins and outs before I ever went out and investigated. I refused to be that a-hole with a flashlight in the local cemetery.

The elemental stuff Im sure sounds really kinda out there, and the multi dimensional stuff is all theoretical obviously. Demonic hauntings I just flat out dont really believe in.

When we find something on our footage we go back and look for a reason it happened. We dont just flat out assume Casper did it.

And yeah Infrasound plays a major role in almost every "haunting".

 
Redux once invited me to a ghost hunting seminar. He said he wanted to do some one on one teaching with me to really fine tune my ghost hunting skills. To this day, I still can't figure out why I had to dress up like Demi Moore for this seminar....
