My buddy is trying hard to get one of these parking permts o get near the stadium. I was at Rutgers Stadium one time in my life. June 1995 for a high school all star game. Where are you going to park, hang out, etc.?

Not sure as of yet, why I was trying to get out in front of this, find out who's coming, and maybe work on a place to meet up beforehand. Admittedly Piscataway isn't my hood...
