Same all I get is he is saying a four star from Louisiana(the boot), and then the 9 squares might be he could be a great receiver with 9 other good ones here at Nebraska maybe? The quotations part I am guessing on but the the first part I got

If that's it, i find it kind of strange that this is something McShane would put in a tweet about what is being told to a highly coveted recruit.

I didnt think it applied to off field behavior I thought it would apply to football. If you are around 9 guys that are okay with average you will be 10. If you are in a room full of "savages/gorillas" then you can push yourself to greatness.
