Would you hope for Nebraska to finish 3-9 if it meant we fired Mike Riley at the end of the year?
didn't someone do this with bo and you couldn't believe a fan would ever think that way?

someone hoped bo would lose and you lead a rally to get them off the board?

i guess bo was bigger than the program.

but here's the thing most of you morons don't get when you all were shouting that bo's a good coach and the players need to get their heads our of their asses; a first year coach can get a pass because of bad players with sh**ty attitudes, a 7th year head coach has to take all of the responsibility of how his team performs and does and does not execute.

it is amazing how wrong you a$$hole$ always are. just say the opposite of what you are thinking and you will be right 90% of the time.

I love when the idiots come out of the woodwork calling for the AD like they have a clue about running an athletic program at a power 5 school.

It's like watching good will hunting. A janitor that knows complex math equations.

But in "Good Will Hunting," wasn't the janitor really good at complex math equations? Or maybe I'm just missing your point.

It means, it's hollywood and movies about toilet scrubbers being geniuses are exactly that. Movies. People that think they know how to run an athletic department or who is doing what, currently in the program, makes me point and laugh. None of you know what you're talking about. You have no idea how an athletic department is ran or what it would involve being in that position at a power 5 athletic program.

Stop pretending you know, because you don't. Calling for a firing you know absolutely nothing about makes husker fans everywhere stupid by association.
Does Pederhorst sign your checks or pay you in cash?

Even I thought the secondary would be better.

Then I watched them play this season and realized I was wrong.

Not complicated.
Not at all complicated when you realize the one big factor that changed this season.
Two, if you consider that three of the biggest playmakers on the team went to the NFL.
From the secondary???
Considering that we gave up an all-time NCAA rushing record to Melvin Gordon in less than 3 quarters last year, and Minnesota beat us 2 years in a row running practically the exact same play the entire game, I don't think that this is a direction that you really want to take this discussion in. Our defense doesn't suddenly suck more for being unable to stop the pass than they did for being unable to stop the run.
That wasn't what the comment I replied to was about. Focus.
Then I think you replied to the wrong comment. The only thing I can infer from what you're saying is that our secondary didn't play this poorly last year, so that's a sign that coaching is worse.
Focus. Read through it again.

I'll start over since you seem to have gotten confused.
Losing a stud RB makes the secondary worse than preseason predictions???
Quit being an a$$.

The problem with this whole "this team has no talent, Bo left it bare", Bo was winning 9 games a year with these players, not new coaches and they can win 3. Tell me what changed? The players are the same bunch.
The defend Riley at all costs camp doesn't understand this. They'd rather blame a bunch of college kids.
It's an emotional thing. They hate Bo cuz he was mean (even though he won games). They love Mike cuz he's nice (even though he can't win games).
You just don't know what you're talking about, but I imagine your love affair with Bo is tied to some daddy issues.
