The important thing would be that he is here for spring to learn playbook, get acclimated, etc. He wouldn't be necessarily needed for practicing until Summer Workouts/Fall Camp.

Top 15 would be awesome but we would have to hit on all the big guys that are high on us. Realistically don't see that happening. Maybe he meant top 15 in the big ten.
