I just want to point out that hating on our staff is the easy thing to do. There was a lot to hate this season from the coaching slip ups to TA thinking he was on the other team to our pitiful record etc. Hating on our staff is easy because of they turn it around and have a good season in 2016, all you have to do is say "Hey, I was wrong about them! Yay, Go Big Red!"
