OSU already has 13 commits?

How many of those will actually sign on the dotted line for them?

Wonder if some are placeholders for when a higher star kid shows interest.

If their average rating is .9411, there isn't going to be very many that are just place holders. That's 13 pretty dang good recruits.

Their only non-4* player is their kicker.

PS....don't want to derail the thread talking about OSU. Keep em coming Big RED!!!!!!

Also prefer to keep this about NU, however surprised to see Michigan at only 6 - wonder if the effect of turning kids away is starting to surface.....

It's still really early. Harbaugh and Riley in same boat... Both were behind for 2016 class and a little behind on the 2017. They should both be a little further ahead for 2018 class than they were this year. Meyer has been at OSU for a little while now. He gets to work frequently far into the recruiting future.

The buzz on twitter about Nebraska is amazing. Reminds me of how after the '09 BXII CCG a bunch of defensive recruits were talking about Nebraska.
Too bad we didn't get any of them
I don't remember well enough to say either way, but that's the problem with 'hype'. You have to keep the momentum going otherwise it dies off. Recruits tweeting and hyping up Nebraska is the best free press you could ask for and hopefully we can use it as a springboard to our class. I just hope it doesn't end like it did the last time and the good times keep coming. I do think it would be interesting to see what twitter would have been like after that 09 game if twitter was as big back then as it is now.
