I think it's more likely that the conference or one of the teams will find a student athlete that is willing to act as a test case and suit would be brought in his name (through his parents).
The Big Ten was the only P5 conference voting against, though. How much momentum is there really for a change back? Seems slim.
I am so happy to see Saban is worried about Nebraska wasting money on something that doesn't work. What would we do without him?It's amusing that Saban's argument is "these things don't even work, so why allow them?"

God love 'em.Shaw is a prick, but his full statement was basically, "I don't have an opinion. Some people do them, some people don't. We've never felt the need to."
