So....I'm wondering how he would fit into the staff. Stewart coaches CBs and Banker coaches safeties. Would he take over Banker's spot with DBs or Stewarts?

Safeties played well this year, I'd like to see Banker continue there. I guess all that really matters for the next few months is that he appears to be an ace recruiter..

He has worked with linebackers in the past, too. I could see Bray getting an upgrade.... (co-DC, or STC)

I could see Bray being promoted to STC and Banker helping out with LBs.

Turning into a PAC-12 has worked out for Colorado this year. Do what we got todo to win and get the recruits here.

To me, it sounds like an insurance plan for Stewart potentially leaving in the future (or maybe sooner). Stewart is a guy who will get DC opportunities every year.

Donte would be better than Read and Banker combined. Heck, I'd even take him over Stewart. Thompson will be hired once the B10 approves the additional coach
